UPĀYANA Project was created with the goal of fostering Cultural and Educational Programs for the promotion of Indian Culture, through activities for different age groups and diverse audiences.
This culture, originally known as Sanātana Dharma, encompasses a vast range of dimensions of Knowledge in various fields: Philosophy, Arts, Science,
Humanities and Spirituality.
UPĀYANA Project, based in Lisbon, seeks to contribute as a reliable source of information, shedding light on aspects related to the Indian Knowledge System, fostering a proactive pedagogical approach and cultivating intercultural relationships essential to a healthy and cooperative society.

THE FOUNDERS
Eeshani Lasya
A dancer and visual artist, she specialised in Bharatanatyam, one of the styles of Indian Classical Dance.
Director of NĀDA DANCE Company and co-founder of the NĀDA Project (Lisbon). Studies in Painting, Architecture, Music, Dance, and Sanskrit. Practitioner of Yoga and Meditation. Creator of the Dharma Seeker channel, featuring educational and philosophical content.
Currently works as a dancer, choreographer, educator, visual artist, cultural producer, and Communication Director. Independent researcher on topics related to Indian Culture.
Dilen Magan
His specialization in Computer Science led him to work as director of two telecommunications companies based in London, where he was awarded as the youngest director in the United Kingdom. In parallel, he has developed his artistic career as a DJ and music producer, performing internationally.
He is currently a cultural programmer, Director of the NĀDA project based in Lisbon, and an artist in the fields of music, video art, and digital arts. Author of the book The Little Yogi – Vedic Wisdom for Kids. Independent researcher on topics related to Indian Culture.
